April and May:Where Has The Time Gone?

It's been a while since I've posted any pics because I haven't been very motivated to do it, but the blog website just changed their format and I couldn't figure out how to use it until now...  So here goes nuthin'...

Easter was spent with the family at Huber's.

They live in different school districts and won't be attending the same school. :-(

First Big Snow of the Winter

In less than a week, we've had extremely crazy weather with 70 degree temps, tornadoes, hail/wind, severe storms and now 20/30 degree weather with snow! Jace was happy that he finally got to put his new sled from Grandma Patti to use. He kept asking us when it was going to snow and yesterday he got his wish! We had between 4-5 inches of snow in our backyard. It was perfect for making snowmen and sledding down the hill in the back of our house. One day of winter snow was nice, but now it's sunny and back to 50/60 degree weather and the snow is almost gone...

Happy Birthday Jace and Lexi!

Jace celebrated his 5th birthday last week and Lexi celebrated her 3rd at SIGS Sportsplex with a bounce time party. Jace's friends from school, friends & family came to party down with us on Saturday at SIGS. It was a full house, as you can see, by the pic below. The kids all had a blast! Thanks to everyone that came!

MUSCLE MANIA!

Last night we had dinner with the Cromwell family and had quite the after-dinner entertainment. I walked into the living room to find Jacob and Jace saying, "let's pump some iron man!" Then they decided it was better to take off their shirts to lift the massive 2 and 3 pound weights. So, after a minute Lexi decides to join in on the muscle pumping and takes off her shirt. She didn't lift any weights, but posed with some little ninja swords. It was muscle mania! (thanks to Aunt Carolyn for taking these awesome pics!)

Florida Trip to Fort Meyers

Last week we took a last minute trip to Fort Meyers

with the Cromwell family and Papa Dave.

Weather was perfect, house we stayed in was great!

Couldn't have asked for a better week.

Sunny weather in high 70's/low 80's.

Didn't want to come home to the 35 degree rainy weather :-(
