BRING ON SPRING!!

A month has flown by and we've survived sleepless
nights, ear infections, stomach bugs and sinus infections.
Hopefully, spring brings us good health!

Lexi has grown so fast she doesn't fit in the Easter

Lexi already weighs about 9 pounds!

LEXI'S FIRST WEEK HOME AND JACE'S 2nd BIRTHDAY

Lexi's first week at home has flown by,
along with a few sleepless nights :)
She had her days and nights mixed up,
but is improving every day.
Jace has also warmed up to his little sis with
a few hugs and kisses, but there's still a little jealousy
(plus a few toys being thrown at her here and there)
First family pic with Lexi

Blue eyes

She looks just like Jace did when he was
in the swing (minus the hair)

I'm the big brother now!

No more pictures, please

My birthday lunch, yum!

Happy birthday to me!

Jace had to blow out the candle about 20 times.
Such excitement!

Opening my present from the Godfather (a.k.a. Bobby)

It's a firehouse with a fire truck! Thanks Godfather!

Mom and Dad took me to Toys-R-Us for
my birthday and I picked out a microwave
with food! The pizza is delicious!

THE BIG DAY FINALLY ARRIVES!

One last family pic before Jace becomes
a big brother later on that night...

Little did I know I was almost 9 cm dilated
by the time we arrived at the hospital at
9:00 p.m. Saturday night. Those last two
hours of contractions were intense.
I was trying to find my happy place :)

Welcome Lexi Alyssa Johnsen!

She's already saying her prayers so her big brother won't beat her up :)

Getting ready to go home to meet big brother Jace!

Thanks to the Nobles, Cromwells, Seymours, Grandpa Tom and Papa Dave, Aunt Crystal, and the Rea Family for coming to visit us and bringing yummy food and gifts! We are blessed to have friends and family like you!
